  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@arsalbytes.com.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
